Health Wells: Meet HEALTH WELLS ~ Science You Can Understand. Strategies You Can Actually Live. Shawnte’s background in sports medicine shaped the way she sees health. The human body is not a collection of isolated parts. Movement affects metabolism. Stress affects recovery. Sleep affects hormones. Muscle affects healthy aging. Hydration affects function. Nutrition affects the signals the body receives every day. And the choices people repeat often matter far more than the occasional imperfect choice. That whole-person perspective became the foundation for Health Wells. Rather than overwhelming audiences with medical language, extreme protocols, or health fear, Shawnte translates science into clear, practical strategies people can begin using in real life. Her presentations are educational—but they are never lectures that simply dump information on an audience. Expect stories. Expect metaphors. Expect movement. Expect humor.
